The Gifu region of Japan has been selected for a second consecutive year as one of the “Green Destinations Top 100 Stories” competition for its excellent Good Practice Story which demonstrates being compliant with the basics of sustainability performance. Green Destinations Foundation is a non-profit organization for sustainable destination development and recognition.

Gifu Prefecture has always been known for its abundance in nature and world-class traditions and culture.
