Meaning and Concept:- Not-For-Profit organisation, also known as Non-Profit Organisation, is an
organisation set-up to promote cultural, educational, religious, professional or public services objectives. Its aim is not to earn profit. However, it does not mean that it cannot earn profit. The main characteristic which differentiates not-for-profit organisation from others is that it does not distribute profit to its members.
